How Can I Get a Refund for My Subscription?

We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund for your PrivacyHawk subscription. The process depends on where you purchased your subscription: directly through PrivacyHawk's Web App, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store. This guide outlines the steps for each platform.

For Subscriptions Purchased Through the Apple App Store

Refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store must be handled directly by Apple. PrivacyHawk does not have access to Apple’s billing system and cannot process these refunds.

Steps to Request a Refund on Apple Devices:

  1. Visit the Apple Refund Request Page:

  2. Log In with Your Apple ID:

    • Use the Apple ID associated with your PrivacyHawk subscription.

  3. Select Your Subscription:

    • Find your PrivacyHawk subscription in the list of purchases.

  4. Request a Refund:

    • Select Report a Problem and choose Request a Refund from the dropdown menu.

    • Provide a reason for the refund request and submit your application.

  5. Wait for Apple’s Response:

    • Apple will review your request and provide updates via email.

For Subscriptions Purchased Through the Google Play Store

Refunds for subscriptions purchased via Google Play must also be handled directly by Google.

    • Google will review your request and notify you of the outcome.

For Subscriptions Purchased Directly Through PrivacyHawk's Web App

If you purchased your subscription directly through the PrivacyHawk website, you can request a refund by contacting our support team.

Steps to Request a Refund for Direct Purchases:
