Knowing your subscription renewal date helps you avoid unexpected charges and plan ahead. Here’s how to check your renewal date if you pruchased your susbcription on our Web App, through Apple's App Store, or Google's Play Store.
For Subscriptions Purchased Through Our Web App

Please email us at [email protected] to request information about your subscription renewal date.
Include the Following Details
Attach a screenshot of the email address linked to your PrivacyHawk account.
To find this:
Open the PrivacyHawk app.
Tap the Menu icon (three gray lines at the top left).
Locate your email at the bottom of the screen.
Take a screenshot and include it in your email.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the information you need.
For Apple App Store Users
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name at the top and select Subscriptions.
Locate PrivacyHawk to see your renewal date.
For Google Play Store Users
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon and select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find PrivacyHawk in the list, and your renewal date will be displayed.
