For Web App users: visit https://app.privacyhawk.com/upgrade on your desktop or mobile browser.
Sign in if you're an existing user, or sign up if you're new.
Select your desired protection plan and choose the monthly option.
For Apple and Android users, you can go to your respective App Stores and check the available plans for PrivacyHawk.
Annual Plan
Cost Savings: Save more with annual billing—$74.99/year for Premium and $124.99/year for Platinum, offering significant savings over monthly payments.
Convenience: Set it up once and enjoy uninterrupted protection without monthly payments.
Availability: Annual billing can be purchased on Apple's App Store, Google's Play Store, and through the PrivacyHawk web app at https://app.privacyhawk.com/upgrade, providing flexibility in how you sign up.
How to Switch Between Monthly and Annual Plans
For users who purchased directly from the Apple App Store or Google's Play Store
Apple Users
Open the App Store.
Tap on your profile icon in the top right.
Select 'Subscriptions'.
Find PrivacyHawk and choose 'Change Plan' to switch.
Any pro-rated refunds or additional charges will be handled by Apple directly, as PrivacyHawk does not have access to your payment methods or information.
Google Play Users
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap on your profile icon.
Select 'Payments & Subscriptions'.
Go to 'Subscriptions'.
Find PrivacyHawk and choose 'Change Plan'.
Any pro-rated refunds or additional charges will be handled by Google directly, as we do not have access to your payment information.
For Web App users
Please reach out directly to our support team at [email protected] and let us know which subscription tier you would like to switch to.
Also, share with us a screenshot of your email currently linked to your PrivacyHawk account. You can find this email by going into the Menu (top left with two grey lines) and at the bottom, you'll find your email. Take a screenshot and share it with us.
When Are Charges Applied?
Monthly Plan Charges: Billed once a month on the date you initially subscribed.
Annual Plan Charges: Billed once per year, typically on your subscription anniversary date.
