Switching to a new device doesn’t mean losing access to your PrivacyHawk subscription. As long as you log in with the same account you originally used to sign up, your subscription and settings will seamlessly transfer. Here’s how it works.
Steps to Log In on a New Device
Download the PrivacyHawk App
Go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your new device and download the PrivacyHawk app. If you’re using the Web App, visit https://app.privacyhawk.com/.
Log In with Your Existing Account
Use the same email and sign-in method you used when creating your PrivacyHawk account.
For Apple users or Web App users:
You may have signed up using your Google email, Apple ID, or an Apple Private Relay email.
For Android users:
You signed up using your Google email.
Subscription Syncs Automatically
Once logged in, your subscription and settings will sync to your new device.
Forgot Which Account or Sign-In Method You Used?
If you don’t remember which account or sign-in method you used:
Check Your Email Inbox
Look for past communications from PrivacyHawk.
When you first signed up, you received a welcome email that includes details about your account, such as the email address and sign-in method you used.
Contact Support
If you’re unable to locate your account, email [email protected] with any information you have. Our team will help you recover your account.
Important Notes
Logging in with a different email or sign-in method will create a new account and will not carry over your subscription.
