Upgrading your PrivacyHawk plan is simple! Whether you're moving from Free to Premium or Premium to Platinum, follow these steps:
Upgrade from Free to Premium or Platinum
If you are upgrading from the PrivacyHawk mobile app (iOS or Android):
After joining and running your first Privacy Scan, you’ll see a 'Remove Me From All' button at the bottom.
Click the button, and a new screen will prompt you to upgrade.
Select your preferred yearly-billed protection plan (Premium or Platinum).
If upgrading from the web app https://app.privacyhawk.com:
After your first scan, click the 'Remove Me From All' button.
Sign up using Google or Apple.
You’ll then be prompted to choose your protection plan.
Upgrade from Premium or Platinum
If you are upgrading from the PrivacyHawk mobile app (iOS or Android):
Open the app and tap on the Identity Protect tool (a Platinum-only feature).
You’ll be prompted to upgrade to Platinum.
Keep in mind that mobile app plans are billed yearly.
