Step-by-step Instructions:
Get the unique Family Plan code from your Family Owner.
Open your PrivacyHawk app and tap the menu (☰).
Select Join a Family.
Enter the family code exactly as shared (case-sensitive).
Once accepted, you’ll see confirmation that you’re now a Family Member.
What to Expect:
You’ll instantly get access to Premium or Platinum features, depending on your Family Plan.
Family Members cannot manage or upgrade the plan, but can ask the owner to upgrade.
If you delete your account, you lose Family Plan access and need a new code if you return.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting:
Family code doesn’t work? Double-check the code for errors (it’s case-sensitive).
No Join option in menu? Only available to eligible users (not if you already own a family plan).
Non-US user? You’re eligible to join a Family Plan, but can’t start one yourself.
