If you’ve created a new PrivacyHawk account and want to transfer your active subscription, our support team can help. This guide walks you through the steps to ensure a smooth transfer process.

Steps to Transfer Your Subscription

Contact Support

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Subscription Transfer Request.”

  • Provide the following details in your email:

  • The email address linked to your current PrivacyHawk account.

  • The email address of the new PrivacyHawk account where you’d like the subscription transferred.

Verification Process

  • To ensure the security of your subscription, our team may require additional information, such as:

  • A screenshot of your active subscription in the PrivacyHawk app.

  • Confirmation of recent subscription charges.

  • Proof of account ownership (e.g., screenshot of the email linked to your original PrivacyHawk account).

Wait for Confirmation

  • Once we verify your request, we’ll process the transfer and notify you via email when it’s complete.

Important Notes

  • One Subscription Per Account: Subscriptions are tied to a single account and cannot be shared between multiple accounts.

  • Data Does Not Transfer: While your subscription will transfer, previous progress in your old account will not carry over to the new account.

  • Pro-Rated Adjustments: If your subscription tier changes during the transfer process, adjustments may be made to reflect any unused time in your current plan.
