When you link your emails in the Digital Footprint Tool, these are also automatically linked to the Unsubscribe Tool, allowing you to easily unsubscribe from unwanted mailing lists and further reduce your digital footprint.
Manage Multiple Accounts
You can link up to three email accounts for broader coverage, whether they are personal or professional accounts.
How to Link Your Email Accounts
Go to the Digital Footprint Section
Open the PrivacyHawk app.
Navigate to the Digital Footprint found at the menu bar.
Let's link an email
At the top, you will find a dropdown bar that you can select, click on it.where
You'll find the 'Add new Email account' option, tap it to get started.
Choose Your Email Provider
PrivacyHawk supports Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo email domains.
Select the provider of the email account you want to link and follow the prompts to enter/select the email you'd like to link.
Remember that you can link up to 3 emails in total.
Grant Permissions
Follow the prompts to grant PrivacyHawk access to scan your inbox.
PrivacyHawk uses read-only access to identify linked accounts and subscriptions—it does not alter or store your emails.
Link Additional Emails (Optional)
Repeat the process to link up to two more email addresses for comprehensive protection.
