1) Go to https://www.beenverified.com/app/optout/search and input your name and last name, as well as your state. Then click Search.
2) You will be presented with a series of records. Here you will find the ones that match your exact details. Once you've found the record(s) that matches your information*, click Proceed to Opt-Out
*You can narrow down the search by using the Filter results menu on the side.
3) After the previous selection, you will write down your email address, check the 'I am human' box below, and click Send Verification Email.
4) Go to your email inbox and click on BeenVerified's verification email. It will look like the screen below. Click the 'Verify Opt-Out' button, this will redirect you to the browser where your opt-out request will be confirmed as the last screen shows.
